One of the company's founders offers his kids pocket money for regular physical activity. They take the deal — and the effect lasts to this day, even though the kids have long outgrown pocket money. :-)
The idea turns into a startup at the Sport Alliance incubator, offering companies a service for rewarding employees for sport activity — MySports Rewards.
MySports Rewards grows fast. Our teams in Germany and Poland expand. We enter new markets and the list of happy clients keeps growing.
We leave the incubator and stand on our own as Move Republic. More and more companies discover how easy it is to inspire their teams into activity with us.
We work between Kraków and Hamburg. Together we serve clients in more than a dozen countries. In Poland we build our platform and the Move Republic app.
Our app has been used by more than 50,000 people, most of them employees at companies including Danone, VeloBank, Pekao Bank, BOŚ Bank, DHL, Eurocash, Volksbank, Asklepios, Bidfood and many others.
